Atlanta Travel Medicine offers expert guidance regarding risks, exposures and avoidance measures for international travelers.  In addition, we provide customized travel consultation for individuals with specific medical situations including pregnant travelers, immunocompromised travelers, travelers with disabilities, and those with pre-existing medical conditions. We maintain the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding recommended travel vaccinations and provide vaccinations such as Malaria prophylaxis and Typhoid vaccination.

The professional staff at Atlanta Travel Medicine provides clients with handouts to take with them so they have important information on CDC recommended travel vaccinations and CDC alerts readily available. Atlanta Travel Medicine helps guide travelers and make their trip as safe as possible. Travel consultations vary from $60-$110. Based on your itinerary and specific medical history, the travel counselor and you will decide which vaccinations you will receive. Most vaccines are fully stocked and ready at your appointment.   All vaccine prices are per dose.  Please note the vaccine list below.



  • Routine adult vaccination updates (e.g. tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis)


  • Recommendations are based on specific criteria such as travel to rural areas, season of travel, patient age, health status (e.g. poliomyelitis, influenza, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid,  Japanese encephalitis, meningococcal, and rabies)


  • International Yellow Fever certificates and meningococcal meningitis vaccinations are required for entry into some countries. Atlanta Travel Medicine issues International Yellow Fever certificates.
